Talor Gooch fought off a serious final-round push from crowd favorite Jon Rahm to win his second tournament at LIV Golf Andalucia and fourth league title overall. Gooch, known for his world-class ball striking, utilized his Callaway X-Forged (5-6) and Apex MB 21 (7-9). The combo set that Gooch has had in the bag since late 2020 was utilized to hit 68% of the greens at the insanely difficult Real Club Valderrama layout. Gooch was also solid on the greens with his Odyssey Tri-Hot 5K #2 that has been in the bag since late 2021.
Gooch, who is known amongst Tour reps as a creature of habit, has had the same irons, putter and 3-wood since 2021, the same hybrid since 2016 (college days), and has been in his Titleist Pro V1 golf ball since 2019.
Here is the rest of the bag setup from his win at Valderrama.
